He has attended seminars and trainings in psychology, particularly in panic crisis management, adolescent psychology, LGBTQ counseling, and he continues to study and train, as he believes that education and knowledge never truly stop.
He served for 20 years in the Hellenic Police and handled countless incidents of violence, including domestic and school-related violence. He has personally experienced the entire cycle of violence, both from the perspective of the victim—providing psychological first aid—and from the perspective of the perpetrator, studying offender psychology. Due to his many years of training and experience with athletes, he is very familiar with athletes’ psychology, pressure, strain, expectations, and demands.
He provides individual and group sessions, adult and adolescent counseling, as well as counseling for LGBTQIA individuals.
